DAVID G. MAPLES
President of Prospect Media Inc & CEO of Stratafly

David Maples is President of Prospect Media Inc., and Chief Executive Officer of Stratafly. He founded Prospect Media in 1998 and has built the company into Canada's leading marketing services provider of targeted sampling and advertising programs.

After graduating with a B.A. in Marketing from Michigan State University, David started his career at the Quaker Oats Company, Chicago in 1979. He worked for the News Corporation’s FSI companies for 19 years, serving as EVP-Sales of News America FSI in New York City, from 1992-94, and as the first President of News FSI Canada in Toronto from 1995-98. He was also a founding member and the first President of the Coupon Industry Association of Canada (CIAC) from 1996-1998.

David is an avid tennis player, scuba diver, underwater videographer and golfer. He and his wife Laura enjoy traveling to exotic destinations around the world.

ALLISON MADIGAN
Vice President

Allison joined the company in 2000 after graduating from Queen’s University with a BAH in Economics. She worked as a coordinator and in sales until 2004 when she was promoted into management. Her current role includes sales management and operations for part of the company. Allison was the first employee to receive the President’s Award in 2005, recognizing her outstanding achievements with the company. She was made a partner in 2007.

In her spare time Allison likes to enjoy the outdoors with long walks or jogs, and in the winter months she ski’s every weekend with her family. She also loves to travel.

GREG MIECZKOWSKI (Mitch-Kov-Ski)
Director of Analytics

Greg graduated from Ryerson University with a B.A. in Geographic Analysis in 1999 and began his research career as a Research Assistant (RA) with Ryerson University.

He later joined the Quebecor family of companies, where for 8 years he worked for Netmedia, the Toronto Sun, and 24 Hours as a research analyst, quickly developing his role to become the Manager of the Research Department.

Greg joined Prospect Media & Stratafly in 2007, and has substantially upgraded both company’s research and targeting capabilities. He is the 2008 recipient of Prospect Media’s President's Award recognizing his exceptional achievements with the company.

Aside from family time, beach volleyball, mountain biking, skiing, camping, fishing and general outdoor adventures, Greg enjoys a fun filled day at the office.

DAVE MATHEWS
Managing Director - Stratafly

Dave has over 20 years of experience in the print media industry. After graduating from the University of Toronto with a B.Sc. in Political Science & Psychology, Dave began his career at Metroland newspapers, where he focused on flyer, catalogue and specialty distribution business for 7 years. He spent the next 10 years at Netmedia (a division of Quebecor) managing national distribution media programs for retailers and advertisers.

Often confused for a famous rock star, Dave actually does have a passion for music. Formerly known as Dave Rave, DJ on U of T radio station CFRE. He often travels down south to his wife’s hometown of Birmingham, Alabama for a dose of good southern cooking and college sports.

SUSAN WOLF
Accounting Manager

Susan Wolf is the Accounting Manager of Prospect Media Inc. and Stratafly. She is a graduate of the University of Guelph and after University completed her Certified Management Account (CMA) designation. Sue joined the company in 2003, when the company consisted of 7 employees and was located in Markham. The accounting department has grown from one person in 2003 to a current team of three.

She was the recipient of the Star Contributor of the Year award in 2006. Sue keeps busy in her spare time with her four children, hockey, kickboxing and cooking.
 

Pamela Fallow
Director of PUNCH! and Human Resources

Prior to joining Prospect Media Inc. as a Senior Account Executive in 2005, Pam held the role of Operations Director for Retail Sampling and Experiential Marketing at InStore Focus Inc.

In early 2011 Pam transitioned to PUNCH! , the experiential marketing division of Prospect Media Inc., as Director. While maintaining her PUNCH! responsibilities, in January 2012, Pam became the Director of HR for both Prospect Media Inc. and Stratafly. Pam’s extensive business acumen and corporate experience made this a seamless transition.

On a personal level, Pam is kept busy throughout the summer assisting with execution of an annual family run “Friends of Moe” memorial golf tournament. This annual charity event raises funds for the Toronto General Hospital Foundation. Pam also volunteers doing Peer Support at “Well Spring,” a Halton Peel cancer support centre.

Year round power walking; gardening and the occasional game of golf + a big circle of friends keep her constantly “on the go”!

Despite a large very busy active family and 2 wonderful grandchildren, Pam still manages to find time to travel, something she really loves.
